Our Money
The Association’s primary source of income is rent, which we use to manage and maintain our properties.

Additionally, we charge owners a management fee to factor properties. The management fee covers our core services and administration costs for common work. In addition to the management fee, owners pay buildings insurance and common repair costs. You can find more information on our factoring services on our Factoring page .
